The problem

Cash on the floor still runs most clubs.

Door money disappears. VIP tables have no running minimum. Groups split tabs by memory. Guests will not hand over a phone number just to walk in.

Cover and top-ups live in a drawer. No band, no ledger, no night total until someone counts cash at 4 a.m.

High-value tables have a minimum on paper. Floor never sees live spend vs bottle service until the night is over.
