ClubbingNow ("we", "us") is a CloudTrix product for nightclub door, band, and one-night wallet operations. This policy explains what information we collect when you use ClubbingNow or this website, and how we use it.
Staff account details; night-session band identifiers and spend ledgers; optional guest phone or name if the guest chooses to give them at the door; and any contact details submitted through this site's forms. A phone number is never required for entry.
To operate door check-in, wallets, orders, table minimums, and night close for your venue, and to respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form. Session wallets do not carry over to the next night.
Each venue's (tenant's) data is isolated from other tenants on the platform.
